Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Please note, all items on sale are not eligible for return, and are exchange only. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging. All returns will generate a one time $7.5 CAD Restocking fee. Restocking fee will be deducted automatically from the total refund.

Cinnamon Honey Pot ships globally from our Toronto, Canada warehouse. Shipping rates and delivery times vary:

Canada & US Orders: Free Shipping! Shipped within 1-3 business days, arriving in 3-7 business days.

International Orders: Please visit Etsy Shop: Cinnamon Honey Pot . Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your destination country and the size of your order.

We provide tracking for all orders.
